Prior to her role at Morgan & Morgan, Blair spent 15 years at McKinsey & Company as Director of Strategy & Operations, where she advised Fortune 500 companies and professional services firms on operational transformation and growth strategies.

Blair holds a JD from Yale Law School, where she was an editor of the Yale Law Journal. Her unique combination of legal training and operational expertise makes her invaluable in understanding both the business and regulatory challenges facing modern law firms.
