Brandon Foreman

Prior to founding LEA, Brandon spent nearly a decade across both Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and Centerview Partners in private equity and investment banking.

At Blackstone, he focused on business services and drove the acquisition of the leading independent Canadian fire life safety platform, and its consequent roll-up strategy. Brandon also helped manage several Blackstone portfolio companies.

At Centerview, he advised on some of the most complex M&A transactions, including Disney's $85 billion acquisition of Fox's entertainment assets in 2019

Brandon graduated Duke University with a B.S. in Economics and served as Executive President of the Duke Investment Club. Originally from Highland Park, IL, Brandon founded and sold three companies prior to his finance career.
