Zach Harris

Prior to LEA, Zach had extensive post-M&A integration, strategy, and operations experience from his time in consulting at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and EY, where he specialized in post-merger operational transformation for Fortune 500 companies.

At BCG and EY, Zach led several high-profile integration projects, including a $2.5 billion human capital efficiency plan for a top 3 US bank, which restructured operations across multiple business units while maintaining service quality.

He also played a key role in integrating a $1.2 billion pet food portfolio into a large Food & Beverage manufacturer, managing the complex supply chain and operational synergies between the two organizations.

Zach was also instrumental in one of the largest corporate separations in recent history in the chemical and agricultural space. At LEA, he oversees day-to-day operations and ensures seamless integration of partner firms onto our platform. Zach holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from University of Chicago.
